Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation by Client

1.1 Before State Filing

• Full service cancellation available

• 90% refund of service fees (10% processing fee retained)

• State fees never refundable once paid

1.2 After State Filing

• No cancellations possible

• Services considered fully rendered

• No refunds issued for any fees

1.3 Registered Agent Services

• Cancel with 30 days written notice

• No refunds for unused service periods

• Client responsible for finding replacement agent

2. Cancellation Process

• Email request required: hello@kuickformation.com

• Subject line must include “CANCELLATION”

• Provide order number and reason

• Verbal cancellations not accepted

3. Consequences of Cancellation

• Immediate cessation of all work

• No further government filings

• Client assumes all compliance responsibilities

• All prepared documents remain our intellectual property

4. Our Right to Cancel Services
We may cancel services for:

• Non-payment of fees

• Providing false or misleading information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Failure to respond to information requests for 30+ days

• Violation of our Terms of Service

5. Post-Cancellation Responsibilities

• Client remains liable for any incurred state fees

• Client must handle all future compliance requirements

• We provide all documents created up to cancellation point

• Registered agent services terminate 30 days after cancellation
