• Expedited Processing: 3-5 business days (additional fee)

• IRS Delays: Not responsible for IRS processing delays

1.3 Bank/Fintech Account Assistance

• Application Preparation: 3-5 business days after EIN received

• Submission to Decision: 2-4 weeks (institution dependent)

2. Delivery Methods

• Email Notifications: Order status updates and requests

• Physical Copies: Available upon request (additional fees)

3. Client’s Role in Timely Delivery
To ensure timely service delivery, you must:

• Respond to information requests within 48 hours

• Review and approve documents within 3 business days

• Provide accurate information upfront

• Monitor email for status updates and requests

4. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Government agency processing times

• Incomplete or inaccurate client information

• Third-party service providers (banks, fintech companies)

• Force majeure events

5. Delivery Completion
Services considered delivered when:

• LLC formation: Documents filed with state confirmation

• EIN service: EIN confirmation received from IRS

• Bank assistance: Application submitted to institution

• Registered agent: Service period begins

6. Service Level Commitment
We guarantee to:
