• Ongoing compliance monitoring

4. User Responsibilities and Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality

• You certify that all information provided is truthful and accurate

5. Payment Terms and Auto-Renewal

• Fees for Services are due upon order placement

• Registered agent services and other subscription services automatically renew

• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice

• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

6. Important Service Disclaimers

6.1. LLC Formation Services

• LLC name availability and formation approval subject to Secretary of State discretion

• Formation timelines are estimates and subject to government processing times

• Client remains responsible for all post-formation compliance requirements

6.2. EIN Acquisition

• Typical processing time: 7-8 business days, subject to IRS workload

• We are not responsible for delays caused by IRS processing or incorrect client information

6.3. Bank/Fintech Applications

• We provide application assistance only; cannot guarantee approval

• All financial institution decisions are final and beyond our control

• Stripe and other payment processor approvals subject to their policies

7. Content and Conduct Restrictions
You agree not to use our Services to:

• Commit fraud or engage in illegal activities

• Misrepresent identity or business purpose

• Submit false or misleading information

• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights

8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy or content of third-party sites

• Charges imposed by third-party providers

• Auto-renew fees for registered agent services through third parties

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transition Technologies Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For Customers in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area:

• Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales

• Jurisdiction: Courts of England and Wales

For Customers in Pakistan:

• Governing Law: Laws of Pakistan

• Jurisdiction: Courts of Karachi, Pakistan

For All Other Customers:

• Governing Law: Laws of State of Delaware, USA

• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware
